What happened

Went to draw labs for a patient in 1E at the end of my blood draw I went to activate safety needle procedure as I was in the process of doing that his wristband got in the way. The needle flung backwards and stuck me in my left thumb. I cleaned my left thumb with an alcohol swab and covered with a band aid.
