Before the incident

I was organizing a Davinci tray and cleaning it that had been used over the weekend.

What happened

I was organizing and cleaning a davinci tray that had been used over the weekend. There was a Lap Aspirating needle in the tray I removed it and suctioned it out for cleaning. I did not see a second one in the tray and reached in the tray and was stabbed. The Lap Aspirating needle was dirty and had not been cleaned prior to being sent down to decon.
