Two employees attempted to pull the patient in room up in bed. We raised the bed layed bed flat but when we tried to pull the patient up on the count of three I felt a pull with a sharp pain in my lower back. I returned to the nurses statin to sit down and take some [REDACTED]. I reported the incident to supervisor.
