What happened

While assisting medical staff give a doctor ordered injection . The patient advanced quickly towards the Medical staff so I stepped in front of them.That is when I was struck in the neck and head with a patients fist Also scratched and or bitten slightly on the right wrist. My right wrist and leg were hurt while assisting the patient to the bed. I then went to the ED at flower and was assessed with a CT of neck and head with contrast. Antibiotics given and blood drawn.
