What happened

Patient has severe dementia needed a foley catheter inserted for retention. For safety of patient it was decided if each person restrained a limb it would be safer for the nurse inserting the catheter. I was restraining her left leg. PT was pulling away from me the entire time leading to a strain in my left anterior arm shoulder.
