Cutting CAT

What happened

Employee was cutting a CAT at the SEDA. Once the CAT was cut it swung down hitting the CAT cutter the employee was holding and pulled the CAT cutter along with the employees arm downwards. Employee stated that they felt a pull in their shoulder as the equipment was falling followed by pain.
