Before the incident

Employee was climbing onto a 2ft step ladder to get a better visual of why louver system wasn 't going into where it was supposed to go.

What happened

The employee quickly stepped onto the 2ft step ladder and went to grab the door jamb in front of him for stabilization. The employee grabbed the weather stripping on the door frame which pulled away from the door frame. The employee fell to the concrete floor with an extended arm.
