Employee was bringing down a female passenger via wheelchair on [REDACTED] using the new ADA ramp when she slipped and completely lost her footing. As she slipped the wheelchair continued down the ramp and struck her right shoulder. She had already fallen onto her bottom at that point. [REDACTED] assisted by escorting the passenger back into the wheelchair and wheeling her out.
