Taking a wheelchair passenger down ADA ramp
What happened
While employee was taking a wheelchair passenger down the brand-new ADA ramp his foot slipped pax grabbed the railing which jerked the chair the wrong direction. While he was holding on to the chair to save the pax his arm was also jerked. New ada ramps are very slippery when wet. The slip caused the pax to get scared.
