What happened

I was working in the plant on [REDACTED] when a felt like I pulled a muscle in my shoulder. I tried taking it easy on it but it didn 't go away so I scheduled a doctors appointment for [REDACTED]. the doctor said I may have torn something in my shoulder and ordered X-rays. I was helping unload small cylinders. I do stretching exercises every morning. I was wearing safety glasses steel toe boots and gloves. There will be no follow up appointment.
