Before the incident
Loading a pallet with T-Cylinders.
What happened
Loader was putting a cylinder onto a pallet and the cylinder caught the edge of the pallet where it then rolled off and fell onto his foot conveniently where there was no steel toe. The cylinder proceeded to stay on his boot not bouncing off or anything. a fellow coworker lifted the cylinder off his foot at that point. we called medcor and they recommended self care.
