What happened

on [REDACTED] Employee was moving GP cylinder without cart due to space availability. Cylinder started to fall and he tried to catch it resulting in a sore shoulder. He said he would try to ice the shoulder and use an anti inflammatory. [REDACTED] he said the shoulder was not getting better so we contacted Medcore.
