What happened

[REDACTED] was delivering [REDACTED] cylinders on [REDACTED] and almost dropped one. He caught or tried to catch it close to the ground but has strained his arm in the process. He went to urgent care and had his arm x-rayed. No broken bone. The nurse said he probably has a contusion. He 's had a few days with it wrapped and using pain killers. I 've helped him on the route yesterday and today [REDACTED] and [REDACTED]. I 'll ask for a Dr 's note for light duty going forward.
