What happened
On [REDACTED] employee [REDACTED] walked up step latter with a box resting on his head to put on a shelf. the box started to slip and it created a jerking motion when he attempted to keep it from falling to the ground. The employee didn 't communicate this incident with me until [REDACTED] after complaining of vertigo-like symptoms and an earache he states he thought it was cold or flu.
