Stepping down from a piece of equipment to a ladder.
What happened
[REDACTED] stepped off of a piece of plant equipment approx 2 feet above ground level onto a 4-foot ladder. He missed his footing and tipped the ladder over; he reached up and grabbed a pipe trying to catch himself and dislocated his shoulder. He immediately called Medcore and went in to get it looked at and followed their instructions for self-care.
