What happened
A T cylinder tipped over and smashed [REDACTED]s pinky finger between the cylinder and the hand truck cylinder rail. This split his skin open along the length of the finger exposing the bone. [REDACTED] our assistant manager immediately took him to the St Charles Emergency Care Center for treatment.
