Adjusting the hand vac machine.

What happened

Adjusting the hand vac machine. Placed a jack to support the lid while loosening the bolts. As he loosened the last bolt he leaned over to reach it causing the lid to shift and displace the jack. The lid then came down trapping his hand on the side.
