Before the incident

Injured employee and coworker were working on the production line in [REDACTED] at GFF. Coworker lifted the metal lid to remove packets that were coming out dirty. Almost immediately after he released the lid it fell down. Injured employee attempted to move her hand quickly but the lid came down and struck the tips of her fingers.
