Employee stated that she was unloading a trailer and somehow a piece of dust got into her eye even with her safety glasses on. She attempted to wash it out and stated that she was having irritation after she had left for the day. She was given disciplinary for not reporting it in accordance to policy but was sent to Carle Occ Med on10 [REDACTED] at [REDACTED]. The paperwork came back on [REDACTED] and stated that she was given anesthetic drops so it became a recordable.
