What happened

[REDACTED] was reportedly looking down and entered the cage for Press 1 to install an oiler on the die. Though the cage was locked out the employee did not notice that the robot was still holding a steel blank in the air and walked into the edge of the steel blank causing a laceration to his nose. Employee was sent to the emergency room and received 3 stitches.
