What happened

At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was standing on the System 2 Primary Hammermill platform to open up the magnet door when he lost his footing and stumbled off the platform hitting a support pillar for a roll up door and then ultimately landing on the floor. The platform stands approx 20 tall. [REDACTED] then said he finished performing his magnet check and then reported the incident to [REDACTED] and was sent to Berger Hospital for Post Accident Drug Screen. He received an approx 2 abrasion to the right side of his stomach (right flank). First Aid was applied and [REDACTED] came back to work with no further issue.
