The assocation was operating a drill press at the bracket welder had finished drilling out a fitting for rework stopped the drill press and the drill bit was still rotating which caught the finishing glove she was wearing the result was a laceration and fracture to middle finger of left hand. Associate was given first aid for laceration and taken to the ER.
