[REDACTED] stated she went into the room to stop the patient from falling out of the bed patient then yelled at her about stealing his furniture and punched her on the right eye and cheek bone. [REDACTED] came to the command center and immediately informed me she wanted to press charges. [REDACTED] at bedside when I walked into pod3. PD called.
