Slipped on ergonomic mat

What happened

At [REDACTED] on [REDACTED] A Team Member from pump 2 was clocking in from work and as she got to her station which was pump panel assembly. As she got to her station walking the Team Member slipped on the safety ergonomic mats. When the team member slipped she twisted her knee and her back area. Team member states that she will try and go see Trainer on duty.
