TM was putting wires back into a junction box after lowering ceiling lights in the [REDACTED] Trimming area

What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] an electrician stated that he was opening an electrical junction box up above in the ceiling in the trimming area at the glass plant. Once he opened the box and removed the steel plate he proceeded to pull the wires out and he stated that the wire nut came off touched his hand and consequently got shocked.
