What happened

A team member was standing on an R-Buck at the end of the WGHR line cutting the excess cardboard of the already packaged units. The team member was using a box cutter knife. The team member was using one hand to hold the unit and the other hand to cut the cardboard. When cutting the cardboard he overextended and cut his left arm.
