Treated - [REDACTED] was asked to pre-hook to make his gate. [REDACTED] stated he went to the ORL yard to hook fast to make gate. When [REDACTED] was hooking dolly to lead trailer [REDACTED] felt his back go out. [REDACTED] continued to hook and drove back to [REDACTED] and dropped his equipment in [REDACTED] yard. [REDACTED] went home to rest it off and upon waking up on [REDACTED] [REDACTED] 's back was not better.
