What happened

[REDACTED] was attempting delivery at Davita in [REDACTED] and had to move a large pallet out of the way to get the Davita skid. While moving the large pallet his foot slipped and felt a sharp pain in his right knee; he felt he could continue making the delivery. Upon arriving to his next delivery at the residence of [REDACTED] he felt a greater pain while exiting his truck and attempting the delivery. He called me after completing the delivery at which point I instructed him to bring the last
