What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] this writer received a call to respond to the third floor for an employee injury. Upon arrival housekeeping room attendant Ms. [REDACTED] was sitting on a chair in pain. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that she was feeling pain in her lower back right side area. She injured herself while she was bending over fixing the bed in the room. Ms. [REDACTED] refused any medical attention but stated that she cannot continue working due to her back pain. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that she would seek assistance elsewhere.
