Before the incident
Employee alleged: I was wearing nitrile gloves and performing my regular pharmacy duties which included putting away pharmacy stock opening boxes removing vials and bottles replenishing the crash cart and dispensing an investigational drug. After removing my glove I noticed swelling and discoloration on the back of my right hand. I believe I may have hit my hand on an object while working; however I do not recall a specific incident as I was busy performing my duties at the time. Swelling and discoloration (bruising) on the back of the right hand.
