What happened

On [REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] this writer received a call from housekeeping room attendant Ms. [REDACTED] to report an injury she had in [REDACTED]. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that while she was cleaning inside of the bathtub she slipped and fell back striking the pointed sink trim then fell forward on her right knee. Ms. [REDACTED] stated that she hurt her left toe as well in the fall. Ms. [REDACTED] refused any medical attention and stated that she would continue her shift for the day.
