EMPLOYEE WAS IN CODE AND DURING THE EVENT A PACU NURSE HAD ASKED FOR AN OXYGEN TANK IT WAS HANDED TO THE NURSE AND THE EMPLOYEE CAME IN TO DO A BLOOD SUGAR SHE ANNOUCED SHE WAS BEHIND HER AND THE NURSE CONFIRMED SHE SAW HER AND THEN WENT TO MOVE THE OXYGEN TANK AND WHEN SHE DID IT MADE CONTACT WITH EMPLOYEES RIGHT SIDE OF HEAD
