What happened

Employee unloaded the last door with the tilt table and left the tilt table in the up position. Then grabbed the pedestal wrapper to pre wrap the pallet. Another employee hit the lever to put the tilt table back down. The tilt table was under the wrapper and tipped the wrapper over. When injured employee turned around the wrapper hit him below the right eye causing the laceration.
