What happened

Employee States: Employee stated she was going into the meat total restaurants food freezer to get some product. Employee stated she was moving through the freezer which was full and walked by a pallet that had product on it with the shrink wrap half pulled off and a portion of it was laying on the ground. Employee stated when she was leaving the cooler she walked by the pallet again but her left foot was caught by the shrink wrap causing her to fall to the ground on her left knee causing a bruise and some pain. Employee stated her left arm above her elbow struck a box causing a bruise and she hit her head on the left side causing some pain.
