What happened

Employee States: while doing sign up for the shopper 's club I was directing the customers to leave the cart and get one downstairs i was twisting taking the carts left upstairs back outside to the bridge. I finish my day; I went back to work. I report the injury the next day not sure how i worded. but I really injury my back the [REDACTED]
