Employee States: Employee states So the pallet was way too tall but I was taking down the shrink wrap so I could break down the pallet. There were still pieces that were up too high and I turned around so I could organize the pallet I was putting some of the boxes on and a box fell off of the initial pallet and hit me in the head.
