What happened

Employee States: Employee states It was [REDACTED] in my shift and I was responsible for re filling the chicken displays. I was in the meat cooler retrieving product to take to the floor and was loading chicken breast boxes onto a meat cart. I was lifting the box from waist height: when I lifted the box off of the pallet and took on the full weight I felt a sharp pain shoot through my left wrist and then shoot through my left hand. The shooting pain did not linger so I continued to load cases of chicken onto the cart.
