What happened

Employee States: While doing closing jobs employee was emptying the service case. Employee moved trays to the sink to dump the ice. When they went to dump it by twisting the tray from the cart toward the sink the tray slipped and employee reached to grab the tray to stop it from falling. That is when the employee felt it pop and got a shooting pain in the arm.
