Before the incident

Employee was cleaning deli case that has glass fronts fronts of all four cases were lifted up at same time to do the claning

What happened

Employee States: Employee states that she hit her head on the Deli service case while cleaning it. She had lifted the glass windows to clean the railing but one of the windows had come down slightly. As she was moving from one side to the other to clean the railing she hit the top left of her head on the corner of the glass of the window that had shifted down.
