Associate was working in Die Service area at TMP-G

Associate was assisting another associate to remove a ripped cast in the Die [REDACTED]. Injured associate was going to catch the tap when it fell from the drill. Associate holding the drill did not know that the injured associate was actually holding the tap and pressed the trigger. Once the trigger had been engaged it grabbed the injured associate 's glove and twisted his hand and arm.
