After being educated on and then observing the technique [REDACTED] performed a 2 person dependent transfer on the clinical coordinator [REDACTED]. First time he completed transfer using a half kneeling position. On his second attempt at the transfer [REDACTED] used a squat position. As soon as he lifted the coordinator just slightly he felt a strain on his low back and he put her down without completing the transfer.
