Seating on desk awaiting to clock in when EE advised it happened so fast he doesn 't recall what happened. Per witness she did not see EE fall but heard a loud yell when she arrived [REDACTED] later EE was on floor with head injury laceration to left side of forehead bleeding profusely. Pressure applied to head called out for assistance Code Called O2 applied Ems arrived approximately 15 min. Employee Reported no history of seizure that he 's aware of at this time.
