What happened
Associate working in the small parts fab cell was staging the small parts kit carts into the area for the next shift. As the Associate was maneuvering the cart into the area the cart that they were pulling toward them had collided with another cart staged in the area. Resulting in the Associate 's finger to be caught between the handle and the other cart. The finger was broken and lacerated by the impact.
