What happened
Associate was loosening a fitting to connect a hose to it. As he was loosening it the wrench slipped crushing his right thumb between the wrench and outrigger frame. Ice pack was applied to the thumb and given ibuprofen. Work Care Line was called. It was recommended the associate seek medical attention and was taken to the emergency department.
