EE states that on the evening of [REDACTED] he stepped off a skid while loading windows while stepping down he jammed his left knee EE stated that he did not feel this was an injury but that his knee had some discomfort and felt like it just needed to pop EE went home after shift and woke up the [REDACTED] with some soreness and the left knee was stiff EE reported to work on [REDACTED] and reported the issue to his supervisor and then to his group manager EE was taken to the training room for first aid and documentation Medcor was called due to a knee being involved (Ref27562702) and recommended to be seen in the [REDACTED] EE was sent to urgent care for follow up care
