EE states he was helping another EE move an [REDACTED] door from the tables to the [REDACTED] while team lifting the door onto the [REDACTED] the reporting EE felt some discomfort in his lower back EE reported the incident to his manager and was taken to the training room for first aid and documentation [REDACTED] was called (Ref27557853) due to a back being involved and recommended selfcare EE stated around [REDACTED] approximately five hours after first call he wish to call [REDACTED] back as his symptoms were worse [REDACTED] was called back (2nd Ref27558021) and this time they recommended being seen by a provider EE was sent to the local ER for follow up care
