Associate was helping cut down a large piece of cullet glass from the HVC line While he was carrying a piece to the cullet bin he turned his body and the glass broke in his hands A substantial sized piece fell out of his hands and down the side and back of his right lower leg This caused the glass to scrape his leg First aid was administered
