Pulling a cart with her right hand

What happened

Operator was pulling a cart from press t-5 to the oven with her right hand. While pulling the cart it slowed and she gave a pull and it came towards her pushing her arm back behind the shoulder. She then felt a tearing sensation and pain in the front side of the right shoulder. Operator then reported to supervisor and went to Medexpress.
