Working on [REDACTED] move a tray forward.

What happened

Team member was attempting to move tray forward at [REDACTED]. The wheel slipped between the grating dropping the tray on to the team member. The edge of the tray slid between the nail and bed of team member 's ring fingernail stripping it off. We applied basic first aid; the wound was cleaned and wrapped. Maintenance pulled the tray for repairs.
