A contingent worker was attempting to return to the [REDACTED] facility after his break and forgot his access card. The worker then attempted to take a sidewalk to go around to retrieve his card from his vehicle. While taking the route the IP rolled his right ankle stepping on and off a sidewalk curb. The incident resulted in a fracture to the IP 's right foot.
